This luxurious five star hotel opened in spring 1996 and has been planned with meticulous care to look and feel like a large period house. Hayfield Manor offers its guests an uncompromising level of service, personal yet efficient. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and charm, popular with both residential guests and Corkonians alike.
The eighty-seven spacious and elegant guest rooms and suites overlooking the gardens are all served by an elevator and have been individually decorated and furnished giving the atmosphere of a private home.
Each is equipped to today's exacting international standards with handsome marble bathrooms, air conditioning, direct dial telephones and satellite television, to mention but a few. Each of the fifteen suites (including four executives suites and one master suite) has been exquisitely designed combining contemporary decor and fabrics with antique furniture to create a stylish and comfortable ambience. All equipped with added luxuries such as CD and video player with a free library service, fax/modem facilities and large screen television.
Irish dining, one of the untold secrets, is mastered in Hayfield Manor in the elegantly appointed dining room which overlooks the original walled gardens and terrace and features skilfully prepared gourmet cuisine. The chef is renowned for his excellent food and has won acclaim from critics and awards from all major guides. Hayfield also has an extensive cellar to complement the cuisine with some of the world's best wines.
